All prices include VAT at 20% (standard Italian rate), but exclude delivery costs.

Fatturazione

A receipt is sent with every order, which should be retained as proof of purchase as it is required for claims under the guarantee. EU customers can request a VAT receipt when placing an order. This document, or a copy, should be retained for claims under the guarantee. The request for a VAT receipt must be accompanied by your VAT number and name and address for the registered business. Once the goods have been sent and a normal receipt issued, we regret it is then not possible to issue a VAT receipt.

Cancellation rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your contract.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sums paid to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Product guarantee

Tutti i prodotti commercializzati da Spilli Outdoor World, sono coperti dalla garanzia convenzionale del produttore e dalla garanzia per i difetti di conformità, ai sensi del DLgs n. 24/02. Per la durata della Garanzia, riferirsi alla pagina web di ogni individuale prodotto. Per fruire dell'assistenza in garanzia, il Cliente dovrà conservare la fattura che riceverà insieme ai beni acquistati, ed ogni involucro e/o accessorio.

La garanzia convenzionale del produttore viene fornita secondo le modalità illustrate nella documentazione presente all'interno della confezione del prodotto. In aggiunta, oppure ove non sia possibile applicare la garanzia convenzionale del produttore, è valida la garanzia di 24 mesi ai sensi del DLgs n. 24/02, che si applica al prodotto che presenti un difetto di conformità, purché lo stesso sia utilizzato correttamente, nel rispetto della sua destinazione d'uso e di quanto previsto nella documentazione tecnica allegata. Tale garanzia, in ossequio al Dlgs. N. 24/92, è riservata solo al Consumatore privato (persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero effettua l'acquisto senza indicare nel modulo d'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA). In caso di difetto di conformità, Spilli Outdoor World provvede al ripristino della conformità del prodotto mediante riparazione/sostituzione o alla riduzione del prezzo.

Per i prodotti difettosi, la spedizione d'andata è a carico del cliente, mentre quella di ritorno è a carico di Spilli Outdoor World.

Nell’ipotesi in cui, per qualsiasi ragione Spilli Outdoor World, non fosse in grado di sostituire un prodotto in garanzia dello stesso modello (ripristinato o sostituito), potrà procedere, previo consenso del cliente:

· alla sostituzione del prodotto con altro di pari caratteristiche e valore o,

· al rilascio di un buono sconto di pari importo spendibile su un altro prodotto valido per 6 mesi dal momento del rilascio.

Il prodotto difettoso, unitamente al documento di acquisto, dovrà essere restituito dal Cliente nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria: manuali, batterie, ecc...);.La merce pervenuta presso i nostri magazzini qualora non rispondente ai criteri di imballaggio e spedizione stabiliti da Spilli Outdoor World verrà rispedita mediante un nostro corriere convenzionato con spese a carico del Cliente.

The guarantee does not cover:
Product defects originating from neglect, misuse or failure to follow installation instructions or instructions for safe and correct use. Spilli Outdoor World will be directly responsible for the administration and execution of the guarantee up to the end of the first 2 years (where products are covered for a minimum of that time) for all other products which have a manufacturers guarantee of more than 2 years, all enquires regarding guarantees after the first 2 years should be directed straight to the manufacturing company. We recommend you keep all receipts, warranty cards, instruction booklets etc relating to your products as they have all the relevant contact details and model numbers etc required when making a claim under the terms of the guarantee.
